根據調查顯示，台灣有高達八成以上的女性朋友有私密處不適的現象，
而這主要導因於：
◣ 台灣氣候潮濕、
◣ 水質被污染、
◣ 生活過度緊張
隨著氣候逐漸炎熱，
對於台灣女性來說，私密肌膚也因為經常穿著連身褲襪或緊身牛仔褲等，
加上工作習慣久坐不動，導致被衣物緊緊包覆，
讓私密處悶熱且密不通風，
這些都有可能會造成細菌的孳生進而產生分泌物增加，
讓私密處出現難聞的異味與難耐的搔癢等現象。
為什麼有時候白帶突然變多？怎樣算是過量？
女生有白帶分泌物是正常的，正常的白帶為透明或乳白色、無味。
一般來說，月經過後白帶量會比較少，
女性在排卵期間激素升高，這時的分泌物會比平常多些，
如果白帶量與平常不是相距太大都屬正常現象，是不用太過擔心的。
但當白帶出現了奇怪的魚腥味、顏色呈現黃色或黃綠色，
甚至分泌物變成塊狀，發現這些不尋常的狀況就必須早點到婦產科求診才是。
自己都感覺到下面有股魚腥味、白帶變黃色，到底有多嚴重？
根據求診女性常見的白帶病變大致分為下列三種：
1th
發現自己下體有奇怪的魚腥味，
這種症狀可能已患陰道炎，會引起陰道灼熱等不舒適感。
2nd
分泌物開始呈現黃色以及黃綠色，甚至會有些泡沫、並併發陰部搔癢，
代表典型陰道滴蟲感染，檢查時還會發現子宮紅腫。
3th
分泌物呈現塊狀或如破碎的豆花狀，
這是念珠菌感染，外陰會感到搔癢不舒服，
甚至在性交時感到疼痛，
尤其是懷孕期間抵抗力較低、有糖尿病的媽媽為高危險群。
白帶異常或分泌物過多都可以根治嗎？
醫生開處方時，使用陰道塞劑效果最好、症狀較小，
但如果蔓延到骨盆腔時，患者開始產生悶痛的情況就要搭配口服抗生素。
其實感染的源頭就是酸鹼值與菌種的平衡被破壞掉，
所以使用藥物治療後約一到兩周就可有效改善，
但若個人的生活習慣不良或擅自停藥，就會有復發的機率。
女性陰道由乳酸菌負責維護，讓分泌物呈現弱酸性，
有些學者建議平常多喝優酪乳、優格來增加正常乳酸菌的數量。
夏季往往是女性下體搔癢的高峰期，
主要原因是受到黴菌感染，
因為台灣屬於海島型氣候，當皮膚長期暴露在高溫的環境下，
容易成為黴菌的溫床，其中又以念珠菌最為常見。
加上台灣女性常常穿著不透氣的衣物，
像是牛仔褲或厚材質的內褲，
經過長時間久坐就更容易引發搔癢的症狀。
當然，以中醫的論點來看，吃冰也會影響到下腹腔的血液循環，
這時陰道的環境變得比較虛寒、進而造成酸鹼值的破壞，
建議女性吃冰還是適度就好。
白帶異常如何預防？飲食、作息上要怎麼調整？
台灣氣候一直都這麼潮溼怎麼辦？
要有效預防白帶異常，一定要從生活中增加抵抗力開始，如：
◤早睡早起，盡量在11點前就寢，飲食的攝取上也要均衡，
◤規律的運動也相當重要，
333（每周運動三次、一次至少 30 分鐘、心跳數一分鐘達到 130 下）
是最有效的方法，散步、跑步都能促進新陳代謝。
◤選擇棉質內褲及寬鬆衣褲
配合台灣的天氣，選擇棉質內褲及寬鬆衣褲可保持陰部透氣通風，
◤洗澡以淋浴為主，小號後要擦乾，性交過後更要保持下體的清潔。
勤勞清洗下體或用巿售的私密處清洗液好嗎？
不建議。
在沒有感染的情況下，會陰部可使用一般的中性香皂，
將皺褶的部分洗乾淨即可，不需沖洗到陰道內部甚至盥洗陰部。
若在下體感染階段，當然可購買私密處清洗液作為清潔使用，
不過建議僅使用在外陰部（大小陰唇部分）即可，
使用當下會感覺獲得舒緩、不再搔癢，
但經常使用陰道沖洗劑或清潔劑清洗陰部，
會使得原本偏酸性的陰道環境改變，變得不利乳酸菌生長，
於是其他壞菌（如念珠菌）就會過度滋長，反而讓發炎情況更嚴重。
看婦產科醫師好害羞要先洗乾淨嗎？如果我沒有性經驗⋯處女膜會不會破掉？
多數女性對於婦產科都會感到害怕又害羞，其實是不用那麼緊張的。
女性來看診時，醫生護士一定會先詢問是否有過性生活，
有性生活才會做內診檢查，但如果是沒有性經驗的小女生來看診，
醫生會用視診以及觸診取代內診，並不會使用鴨嘴器破壞處女膜。
另外，有部分女性認為看診時應先清洗下體表示對醫生的尊重，
但若下體感染的話，建議不需特別清潔，
否則把感染的分泌物洗掉也有可能會影響到醫師診斷。
Q：如果男生幫我口交，吃到我的分泌物會不會怎麼樣？
A：女性下體最常感染的病分別為：
▼滴蟲
▼陰道炎
▼念珠球菌等感染
這些主要是接觸到女生的黏膜才會產生的症狀，
理論上來說，若男生透過口交行為接觸到並不會跟著感染。
但在有性病（如菜花、愛滋病、皰疹等）的情況下，
進行口交就屬於危險性行為，
如果剛好對方口腔黏膜破損，
病毒就有可能在口交過後於嘴巴、喉嚨長出菜花或受到相關感染。
女性私密部位有狀況就如同戰備單位接到警戒鈴響一樣危急，
別怕步入婦產科很害羞，如果等到已經痛癢難耐才想到，
可能早已被數以萬計的病菌大軍侵占了！
